Rules, controls and help for Sevens
Use the controls beside the game rather than guessing the rules. Play every card to four suit sequences that expand outward from their sevens. A standard deck is dealt to four players, thirteen cards each. Try the rule on the board, then read the next instruction.
Four-player free Sevens with three local computer opponents. This table uses the seven-of-diamonds opening and low Aces.
A small practice goal
Check the rule below as you play. Extend the low end or high end of an open suit by one rank. Aces are low below twos; kings are the high end. Keep the goal in mind before your next move.
Your objective
The example and rules describe the same game you can play above. Play every card to four suit sequences that expand outward from their sevens. Try the rule on the board, then read the next instruction.
Follow these playing steps
- A standard deck is dealt to four players, thirteen cards each.
- The holder of 7♦ must play it first. Other suits can open with their own seven.
- Extend the low end or high end of an open suit by one rank. Aces are low below twos; kings are the high end.
- Play a legal card whenever possible. Passing is allowed only when no card fits.
- The first player with an empty hand wins the round.
The controls to know
The board gives you the information needed for the next action. Tap an enabled card from your hand. The suit rows show cards already played. Use Pass only when it is enabled.
A closer look at one example
Begin with the basic rule, then follow the result of your action. After 7♥ is opened, 6♥ or 8♥ can be played. 5♥ must wait until 6♥ is on the table.
Where a round can go wrong
Begin with the basic rule, then follow the result of your action. A matching rank in another suit does not extend an existing row. Every suit has its own sequence. The game area remains available above the explanation.
